]]> Under the Legal Services Regulations Act 2015, Breen Walsh Solicitors is now authorised to operate as a Limited Liability Partnership. We are still a partnership under the Partnership Act of 1890, to the extent that it is not inconsistent with the provisions of the 2015 Act.

The individual partners in the Breen Walsh Solicitors LLP will not have any personal liability for any liabilities, debts or obligations that are incurred for the purpose of carrying on the business of the LLP.
